Not a hotel. Not a resort. An estate, held in common by people who decided the next twenty years should look different.
Refuge opens in late 2026 with a founding group, structured in three forms.

Each form carries a founding fee and an annual retainer. Full terms, fees, and the founding agreement are set out in the prospectus, available on request.
Refuge is founded by Dan Barnes. The estate is held and operated under a structure built for one purpose: that it works as well in year twenty as in year one.
